SBBR工艺溶解氧分布及传氧速率研究
Study on the dissolved oxygen concentration distribution and the variation of oxygen transfer rate in sequencing batch biofilm reactor
本文研究了在低温条件下,SBBR(sequencing batch biofilm reactor,序批式生物膜反应器)工艺中城镇生活污水溶解氧分布情况,及不同介质中污水传氧速率变化。并且测定进水连续12小时的溶解氧(DO)变化及温度变化。试验结果表明,污泥浓度为1.06g/L的污水在溶解氧为8.0mg/L以后,基本处于饱和状态,其传氧速率低于不含污泥的污水。污泥活性不强导致对比试验中两池污水的溶解氧浓度差异不明显,尤其是在35min后污水的溶解氧达到饱和状态。
In this paper, the distribution of dissolved oxygen concentration and the variation of oxygen transfer rates in different media at low temperature condition in sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) were investigated. In addition, the dissolved oxygen (DO) and temperature in raw water for 12 hours was determined. The results showed that the DO concentration is saturated basically, when the dissolved oxygen reaches 8.0mg/L in the sewage which the sludge concentration was 1.06g / L, the Oxygen transfer rate in sewage with sludge is lower than that in sewage without sludge. Because of the sludge activity is low, the dissolved oxygen concentration between the two pools of sewage has no significant difference in the contrast test, especially after 35min,when the dissolved oxygen in sewage was saturated.
