本文设计了螺旋形管型的人工肝纤维管,研究了螺旋形纤维管中的血液流动。分别分析了螺旋形纤维管在定常流和非定常流情况下的血液流动情况。模拟分析结果表明,定常流模型中,管的弯度越大对血液混合越有利,但会产生较大壁面切应力;非定常流模型中,在脉动流的一个心动周期内,螺旋形管进出口压差变化与入口速度变化一致,壁面切应力随时间推进而明显变化,血液流动在弯管处发生二次流,有利于血液充分混合,并与管壁充分接触,提高了人工肝的治疗效率。

he helix tube fibers are designed in artificial liver system and the blood flow in the fibers is investigated with steady flow model and unsteady flow model, respectively. For the steady flow model, the greater curvature ratio of helix tube, the better for the mixing of blood; however, the wall shear stress becomes much higher. For the unsteady flow model, the value of pressure difference between inlet and outlet changes with the value of inlet velocity, and the wall shear stress is evolved with time in a cardiac cycle of pulsatile flow. And secondary flow is developed in cured pipe within the helix tube, which contributes to blood mixing and induces well-contacted between blood and tube wall. All of the above improvements provide better treatment efficiency of artificial liver.
