电针傍刺对大鼠压疮皮肤组织微血管数目及VEGF表达的影响
Effect of Bangci Electroacupuncture of Microvessel Count and Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor on Rats With Pressure Ulcer
目的:探讨电针傍刺干预大鼠压疮皮肤愈合的作用及作用机制。方法:将90只SD大鼠在其靠近膝关节骨隆突处压疮造模,根据治疗时间的不同随机分为1天组,3天组,5天组,7天组,9天组,每组18只,再根据治疗方法不同将每一组随机分为模型组,针刺组,电针组,每小组6只,每次治疗30min。每日一次。结果:经单因素方差分析及两两比较,可以认为电针组微血管的数目(MVC)及VEGF表达与模型组、针刺组有差别(P<0.01,P<0.05),针刺组与模型组疗效有差别(P<0.05)。结论:电针傍刺在治疗大鼠压疮创面微血管数量及VEGF表达方面明显高于模型组及针刺组。
Objective: To explore the effect and action mechanism Of bangci electroacupuncture on rats with pressure ulcer. Methods: Twenty-four SD rats were made model of pressure ulcer on the bone protuberance close to knee,according to treatment time,rats were divided into 1 day group,3 day group,5 day group,7day group and 9 day group,then according to treatment method,rats were divided into model group acupuncture group and electroacupuncture,6 cases each one,30 minute per time,once one day.Result: It showed by one-way ANOVA and pairwise comparison that, the expression of VEGF and MVC in electroacupuncture group were significantly different from those in model group and acupuncture group (P< 0.05,P< 0.01), and the difference in therapeutic efficacy between model group and acupuncture group was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of VEGF and MVC on rats with pressure ulcer is significantly higher then the model group and acupuncture group.
