异戊烯联苄类天然产物的来源、生物转化及药理活性研究进展

含异戊烯的联苄类天然产物具有结构多样性和多种生物活性,这类化合物大多来源于苔藓植物的叶苔目,此外,在蕨类植物、豆科植物及蜂胶等动植物中亦有发现。由于异戊烯结构单元对生物膜具有更好的亲和力,并且与蛋白质有更强的相互作用,因此,该类天然产物具有开发为药物的潜力。本文将对近年来文献报道的异戊烯联苄类天然产物的来源、生物转化及药理活性进行综述。
Natural prenylated bibenzyls is quite rich in structure variety and bioactivity. These compounds mostly from Jungermanniales of bryophyta. Moreover, they also come from other flora and fauna, such as pteridophyte, Leguminosae and propolis. Isoprene structure units show an increased affinity for biological membranes and an improved interaction with proteins. Hence, these natural products were regarded as a very potential resource for the drug discovery. This paper introduces the sources, biotransformations and pharmacological activites of natural prenylated bibenzyls.
