研究了利用氧化铝生产排放的工业废渣拜耳法赤泥为主要原料制备水处理多孔陶粒滤料的方法,结果表明:在拜耳法赤泥、粉煤灰、河道底泥重量百分比为70:20:10,烧结温度为1135℃,烧后自然冷却的条件下,制备的陶粒满足水处理用人工陶粒滤料的要求。将其用于含溶解油废水处理,在相同条件下,除油率约为砂粒的3倍。

:In this paper,Preparing method of production porous ceramics for treatment of waste water with Red Mud derived from Bayer process as the main raw materia of production of alumina were study.The research indicated that the porous ceramics of production meet demands of waste water filtration material when 70% of Red Mud derived from Bayer process and 20% of fly ash and 10% of river course sediments are added,1135℃of sintering temperature,natural cooling after sinter.the remove oil rate of porous ceramics are three times than Sands for the treatment of waste water contained oil at the conditions of same.
