因铁芯与机座的温差而引起的定子冲片翘曲变形,将严重危及大型水轮发电机组的安全运行。本文提出了一种分析发电机定子翘曲变形的方法,建立了物理和数学模型,并用有限元法对采用蒸发冷却系统的大型水轮发电机的定子变形进行了计算。论文以李家峡电站一台400MW蒸发冷却发电机为实例,计算了不同工况下铁心与机座的变形,以及应力和翘曲安全系数。论文对计算结果进行了分析,并与三峡及其他机组进行了比较,得出了一些有益于设计和运行的结论,并证明了蒸发冷却系统的优越性。

he curling deformation of the stator lamination caused by the temperature difference between the core and frame will seriously endanger the safe operation of the generator. A method to calculate the deformation in the stator of large hydro-generators with evaporation-cooling system is developed in this paper. The physical and mathematic model is presented. Using the FEM the stator deformation of large hydro-generators can be calculated. As an example the deformation of the lamination and frame, the stress and curling safe coefficient under different operations for the 400MW evaporation-cooled hydro-generator at Lijiaxa Power Station have been calculated. After analyzing the calculated results and comparing with other generators, some useful conclusions for design can be made and it has been proved that the evaporation cooling system is an effective, easy maintained and safe cooling system.
