三苦滴丸对急性缺血大鼠心肌细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Caspase-3蛋白表达的影响

Objective：To investigate the impact of sanku dropping pills on the cardiocytes apoptosis and the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in the cardiac ischemic rat model．Methods：60 rats were assigned into The blank group，cardiac ischemic group，danshen dropping pills group，and small dose of sanku dropping pills，median dose of sanku dropping pills and large dose of sanku dropping pills group．Before the procedure，the groups were pretreated with Physiological saline， danshen dropping pills，small dose of sanku dropping pills，median dose of sanku dropping pills and large dose of sanku dropping pills，respectively，for ten days．The cardiac ischemic model was created by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol．The apoptosis index(AI) of the cardiac myocytes was determined and the expression of the Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were measured by immunohistochemistry．Results： Compared with the control group，the AI of the danshen dropping pills group，median dose of sanku dropping pills group and large dose of sanku dropping pills group significantly decreased，while the expression of Bcl-2 increased and Caspase-3 decreased． Conclusions：sanku dropping pills may reduce the impact of the ischemia on the myocytes by reducing the apoptosis，which was demonstrated by the increased expression of Bcl-2 and the decreased expression of Caspase-3．
