荧光光谱结合小波变换-人工神经网络同时测定胭脂红与日落黄
Simultaneous Determination of Ponceau 4R and Sunset Yellow by Fluorescence Spectrometry Combined with Wavelet Transformation and Artificial Neural Network
实验测得了不同浓度胭脂红和日落黄混合溶液的荧光光谱。发现其荧光光谱的变化胭脂红和日落黄的浓度与比例有密切联系,且二者关系较为复杂。运用小波变换压缩光谱数据,以得到的小波系数建立径向基函数神经网络模型。该模型能够较好地实现胭脂红与日落黄混合溶液浓度的同时测定,平均相对误差分别为3.81%和2.42%。
he fluorescence spectra of mixed solutions with different concentrations of ponceau 4R and sunset yellow are experimentally measured. It is found that the relationships between the spectra of the mixed solutions and the concentrations are complex and nonlinear. The wavelet coefficients are obtained from compressing the spectral data by using wavelet transformation. They are taken as inputs to establish the radial basis function neural network. This model can realize simultaneous determination of ponceau 4R and sunset yellow, the mean relative errors of both compounds are 3.81% and 2.42% respectively.
