Furthermore, employing econometric models to analyze the influencing factors of cluster resilience. The study reveals that the integrated circuit industry cluster in the Yangtze River Delta mostly exhibits high resistance but low recovery when coping with sudden shocks; as regional related diversification increases, the cluster\'s resistance decreases, while its recovery strengthens; regional unrelated diversification plays a promoting role in both the resistance and recovery of the cluster; knowledge heterogeneity and the degree of cluster openness positively influence the cluster\'s recovery; scale heterogeneity and ownership heterogeneity impede the cluster\'s recovery to a certain extent. Based on the empirical findings, targeted policy recommendations are proposed for the development of China\'s integrated circuit industry, aiming to provide guidance for enhancing the cluster resilience of the integrated circuit industry.
