设计电梯用外转子分数槽永磁同步电动机,利用Anosoft 软件中的 Maxwell 2D 模块设计并建立了较为准确的外转子永磁同步分数槽电机模型,从而得到该电机空载及额定负载工况瞬态场的性能计算结果,对结果进行了分析,证明理论解算方法的正确性和有效性。按照该设计制作样机,对该电机样机进行实验,将所得数据与仿真数据进行对比。使用MATLAB对电机气隙磁密进行谐波分析,证明分数槽对削弱气隙磁密谐波的有效性,为进一步优化气隙磁密作基础。

In this paper,a fractional-slot external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor used for elevator was designed.A quite accurate fractional-slot external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor model was designed and established by a Maxwell 2D module in software Ansoft. Subsequently,the outcomes of the performance calculations of transient magnet field at no-load operations and rated-load operationgs were obtained,proving the correctness and effective-ness of the calculation.Finally,the obtained results were analyzed.The model machine was made according to the design and then tested ,gaining the motor parameters and the data of the controlling system, and comparise them with the simulation data. Then,the air gap flux density was analyzed by MATLAB,proving the effectiveness of the fractional-slot,and provide the basis for the further optimization of the air gap flux density.
