本文从阜新市某电子有限公司核心技术员工的特点入手,分析影响该企业核心技术员工忠诚度的因素及对企业的心理契约相关方面进行了介绍。运用问卷调查和工作访谈的方法进行实证研究,通过对阜新某电子有限公司核心技术员工忠诚度的现状进行分析,并对员工的心理契约内容进行测评的基础上,从企业方面和个人自身方面探索该企业核心技术人员流失的原因,最后从心理契约的角度提出了提升核心员工忠诚度的具体措施。
