取向再生丝素蛋白/聚乳酸皮芯结构复合纳米纤维膜的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Aligned Regenerated Silk Fibroin/poly-L-lactide Shell-core Structured Composite Nanofibrous Membranes
本文以高速旋转的滚轴为收集装置,利用同轴静电纺丝法制备出取向的再生丝素蛋白/聚乳酸皮芯结构复合纳米纤维膜。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、多功能拉伸仪对复合纳米纤维膜的形貌、力学性能进行测试。结果表明:复合纳米纤维膜随着单一芯层或皮层纺丝液浓度增加纤维直径增大;当收集装置转速达到2000rpm时,纤维发生明显的取向、纤维变细;通过TEM和纤维断面SEM图观察,复合纳米纤维具有明显的皮芯结构;随着纤维发生取向,复合纳米纤维膜拉伸破坏应力由24.4MPa增加到32.6MPa,拉伸破坏应变由57.4%减小至22.9%。
ligned Regenerated Silk Fibroin/poly-L-lactide shell-core structured composite nanofibrous membranes were prepared by coaxial electrospinning, using a rotating mandrel. The morphology and mechanical properties of composite nanofibrous membranes were characterized and tested by use of FE-SEM,TEM and tensile tester. The results show that the diameters of the fibers increase with the increase of single core or shell spinning solution content. The fiber is significantly aligned and the diameters of the fibers decrease with the collector speed becoming 2000rpm. The typical shell-core structure of composite nanofibrous membranes can be found by observing the images of TEM and fracture surface SEM. With the fibers becoming aligned, the tensile strength of composite nanofibrous membranes increases from 24.4MPa to 32.6MPa, and the failure strain decreases from 57.4% to 22.9%.
