基于磁链观测的永磁同步电机在线退磁故障诊断
Online demagnetization fault diagnosis of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on magnetic chain observation
具有优越性能的IPMSM逐渐成为电动汽车领域驱动电机的首选,但是车载电机经常面临复杂路况、复杂的加减速、突加减载等工况,电机内部容易出现高温,永磁体可能发生一定程度的退磁故障,严重影响电动汽车运行品质。本文将永磁磁链作为退磁故障的故障特征,提出了基于EKF的永磁磁链观测算法,分析了该算法的参数敏感性,提出了基于信号注入法的d-q电感辨识算法,仿真验证了基于EKF的永磁磁链观测算法、信号注入电感辨识及基于磁链观测的在线退磁故障诊断的效果。
IPMSM with superior performance is gradually becoming the first choice for drive motors in the electric vehicle field, but on-board motors often face complex road conditions, complicated acceleration and deceleration, sudden addition and reduction of load and other operating conditions, and the motor is prone to high temperature internally, and the permanent magnet may undergo a certain degree of demagnetization fault, which seriously affects the operation quality of electric vehicles. In this paper, the permanent magnet magnetic chain as a fault feature of demagnetization fault, the EKF-based permanent magnet magnetic chain observation algorithm is proposed, the parameter sensitivity of the algorithm is analyzed, the d-q inductance discrimination algorithm based on the signal injection method is proposed, and the simulation verifies the effect of the EKF-based permanent magnet magnetic chain observation algorithm, signal injection inductance discrimination and online demagnetization fault diagnosis based on magnetic chain observation.
