磺胺甲恶唑是一种典型的药品与个人护理品,伴随着人类的代谢活动进入环境,由于其在水环境中高溶解性和难降解性,已对水环境体系造成严重威胁。本研究通过批次实验,初步评估了硫酸盐还原菌活性污泥对磺胺甲恶唑的降解效果,并揭示其降解机理。结果表明,硫酸盐还原菌污泥通过吸附和生物降解实现对磺胺甲噁唑的去除,而吸附去除效果较差,仅为7%左右,生物降解是其主要降解机理。对于一定浓度磺胺甲噁唑,硫酸盐还原菌活性污泥可在一定时间内完成对其的去除。

Sulfamethoxazole is a typical pharmaceuticals and personal care products, it along with human metabolic activity into the environment, it has threatened the aqueous environment system due to their high solubility and degradability. This study evaluated degradability of Sulfamethoxazole by sulfate-reducing bacteria activated sludge and revealed its degradation mechanism using batch experiments. The results showed that sulfate-reducing bacteria sludge achieved the removal of Sulfamethoxazole by adsorption and biodegradation, and adsorption removal was low, only about 7 percent, biodegradation is the main degradation mechanism. For certain concentration Sulfamethoxazole, Sulfamethoxazole can be removed by sulfate-reducing bacteria activated sludge within a certain time.
