利用近红外光谱技术无损检测蚕茧干壳量的研究
Nondestructive Detection of Dry Weight of Cocoon Layer with Near Infrared Spectroscopy Technology
为了加强对蚕茧品质检测的研究和推广,提高蚕茧生产和管理的信息化水平,本文研究了基于近红外光谱技术的蚕茧干壳量指标对的无损检测方法。对1250~2500 nm波段的蚕茧近红外光谱数据进行标准正态变量变换预处理后,以竞争性自适应重加权算法结合连续投影算法实现特征波长的选取。最终获得了2488 nm,1934 nm,1866 nm,1818 nm,1269 nm和1264 nm。477 nm、565 nm、688 nm和747 nm共6个特征波长。基于特征波长的光谱数据建立的PLS模型的校正相关系数和验证相关系数分别为0.7214和0.6844。结果说明利用近红外光谱技术对蚕茧干壳量指标进行无损检测具有一定的可行性。
In this paper, near infrared spectroscopy technology was used for nondestructive detection of dry weight of cocoon layer. The 1250~2500 nm spectral data of cocoon were selected. After preprocessed by standard normal variable , the spectral data characteristic wavelengths were selected from the spectral data by competitive adaptive reweighed sampling and successive projections algorithm. Finally, the 6 wavelengths, 2488 nm,1934 nm,1866 nm,1818 nm,1269 nm和1264 nm were selected for the dry weight of cocoon layer detection. And the PLS model based on these 6 wavelengths was built, whose Rc and Rcv were 0.7214 and 0.6844. The result showed that it is possilbe for nondestructive detection of dry weight of cocoon layer by near infrared spectroscopy technology.
