渐进冷冻法去除海水中的硼
Removal of boron in seawater by progressive freezing method
海水淡化过程中硼的去除是较大的难题。采用渐进冷冻法去除海水中的硼,探究渐进冷冻过程中冷冻时间,冷冻温度,初始浓度对硼去除率的影响。实验结果表明,渐进冷冻法能有效去除海水中的硼。海水在-5 ℃环境冷冻48 h后,平均结冰体积为11.5%,硼的去除率达到96.1%以上。延长冷冻时间,降低冷冻温度和提高初始浓度均会降低渐进冷冻过程中硼的去除率。本研究可为海水淡化过程中硼的去除提供新的思路。
Boron removal in seawater desalination is the greater problem. In this study, the progressive freezing method was used to remove boron from seawater, and the effects of freezing duration, freezing temperature, and initial concentration on the boron removal rate were investigated during the progressive freezing process. The experimental results show that the progressive freezing method can effectively remove boron from seawater. After freezing seawater at -5 ℃ for 48 h, the average freezing volume was 11.5%, and the boron removal rate reached more than 96.1%. Prolonging the freezing time, lowering the freezing temperature and increasing the initial concentration all reduced the boron removal rate during the progressive freezing process. The present study is intended to provide new ideas for the removal of boron in the desalination process.
