三个黄牛品种的年龄、体重与产肉性能的相关分析

为了摸清我国黄牛的年龄、体重与产肉性能的相关关系,本文对晋南牛、鲁西牛和秦川牛进行了研究和比较。结果表明:品种对牛肉的品质和产量有影响,其中晋南牛牛肉的嫩度品质最佳,高档肉重和高档肉率也最优;宰前活重对牛肉产量有较大影响;年龄对肉质的影响不显著(P>0.05),但年龄对日增重的影响极显著(P<0.01);品种与年龄的互作对高档肉率的影响极显著(P<0.01)。因此,要想提高育肥牛的生产水平,应该选择优良的品种作为牛源,同时选择高档肉率高、早期增重快的个体。

In order to find the correlation of age, live body weight and beef performance, Comparison of Straits among Qinchuan ,Jinnan and Luxi cattle were carried. Our results demonstrated that breed had effects on beef quality and yield. beef tenderness of Jinnan cattle was better than other two breeds, live body weight significantly affected on beef yield; age affects on the day–increasing weight significantly but had no remarkable influence on beef quality(P>0.05),,Co-effect of breed and age also had significant effects on the productivity of high-grade meat(P<0.01).Those means that improved breeds, and selecting cattle with faster increasing weight and higher meat-productivity should be conducted to improve beef performance.
