设计合成了基于聚甲基乙基硅氧烷为主连,通过巯烯反应利用乙酰半胱氨酸修饰聚硅氧烷。在中性和微酸性的体外水相环境中,初步测试了乙酰半胱氨酸功能化聚硅氧烷作为药物缓释载体对就尿啼唆药物的缓释作用,并得到了优异的结果。

In our work, we design and synthesis a drug deliver carrier material by thiol-ene reaction. The backbone is poly(methyl vinyl siloxane), modified by acetylcysteine. In buffer solution of different pH, we conducted different test on drug delivery and obtained good results.
