磁性氧化铁纳米复合物用于大鼠肝磁共振T2-Map成像研究
Iron oxide nano-composites as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent in T2-Map study of SD rat liver
本文使用单甲醚聚乙二醇-聚己内酯/超顺磁性氧化铁纳米复合物为磁共振造影剂,对SD大鼠进行磁共振T2-Map成像研究。首先使用临床3.0 T磁共振成像设备获得了不同TE时间下的T2加权图像,再经过计算获得大鼠肝脏的T2值分布。利用注射造影剂前后的T2-Map结果可以定量分析大鼠肝脏的T2值的变化。
In this study, we prepared mPEG-PCL/SPIO nano-composites for T2-Map study of SD rat liver. The T2-weighted images were acquired at 3 T on a clinical MR scanner with a conventional spin echo acquisition (TR = 403 ms) with TE values ranging from 7 to 110 ms. Then, T2-Map image was obtained through computer curve fitting. By comparing of the analysis results before and after the contrast agent injection, we can make a quantitative analysis of the change of T2 value.
