燃气轮机是体现国家国防与经济实力的重要标志,对国家经济建设起着重要的作用。由于燃气轮机内部的环境温度非常高,单纯的提高制造涡轮叶片的合金的耐高温性能是远远不够的。目前除了气流冷却方式之外,主要采用热障涂层技术来提高涡轮叶片的抗高温能力,但是涡轮叶片恶劣的工作环境使热障涂层极易发生损坏。现在主要对涡轮叶片工作状态进行监测的方式是采取辐射测温法监控涡轮叶片的辐射温度,本文在实验室环境下验证了热障涂层脱落对于涡轮叶片辐射温度的影响,给涡轮叶片的在线监控提供了参考。

Gas turbine is an important symbol of national defense and economic strength.It plays an important role in the country's economic construction.As the gas turbine internal ambient temperature elevated,simply increase the manufacturing of high-temperature alloy turbine blade performance is not enough.Currently,beside the flow cooling,thermal barrier coating technology is used to improve the ability of resistance to high temperature turbine blades.But,the harsh working environments prone to thermal barrier coating damage.Now the main way to monitor the state of turbine blade is to take the radiation thermometry.In this paper,we verified the effects of the radiation temperature of the turbine blade thermal barrier coatings off in a lab environment and provides a reference.
