发展中国家利用外资是发展本国经济重要途径，不平衡是其发展中的瓶颈问题。本文以中国为例从地区总量、行业间、利用效率、外资类型以及外资来源实证分析了不平衡性，并给出几点建议。
Using the foreign capital is an important way to develop its economy for Developing countries , but the imbalance is the difficult problem .this paper taking China for example ,through the main total quantity 、industry、efficiency、and sources ,give the analysis of the imbalance and suggestions.
