高效率全聚合物叠层太阳能电池

High efficiency all-polymer solar cell with tandem structure

n efficient way to enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of organic solar cell is to use a tandem structure, which can minimize the loss of photon energy. Recently all-polymer solar cells attract much attention since they have better absorption, higher thermal stability and lower cost than conventional polymer-fullerene solar cells. In this work, tandem all-polymer solar cells were fabricated for the first time and showed a promising PCE of 6.64 % PCE, which shows a 42 % PCE enhancement compared with the single junction all-polymer solar cell.
