本文在理解全员生产维护TPM和以可靠性为中心的维护RCM两种维护策略的内涵的基础上,对比两者的优缺点,分析TPM和RCM的协同维护关系,并构建了基于TPM/RCM协同关系的计算机化维修管理系统(CMMS),该系统能将RCM分析过程和TPM现场执行情况同设备资产信息紧密结合,从而达到动态地根据设备现状改变维修策略的目的。最后应用于企业实践。

Based on understanding the connotation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), contrasting the advantage and disadvantage of the two, the TPM and RCM synergic relationship is analyzed and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is constructed. The integrated system can combine the RCM analysis process, the situation of implementing TPM and the plant assets information together to attain the purpose of changing the maintenance strategy dynamically based on the plant’s operation condition. Finally, an example is discussed.
