采出液粘度对三相分离旋流器性能的影响
Effect of production fluid viscosity on the performance of three phase separation hydrocyclone
基于计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent 中的雷诺应力模型(RSM),对已优选设计完成的三元驱采出液气液固三相分离旋流器结构,开展了不同粘度变化对三相分离旋流器速度场、压力特性和脱气除砂效果影响的数值模拟分析。结果表明,在粘度≤6.42mPaos时,旋流器受粘度增大的影响切向速度强度均值降低12.4%,但整体上该结构旋流器速度场受粘度变化影响较小。在粘度≤6.42mPaos时,旋流器脱气效率和除砂效率均高于80%。研究范围内,粘度增加,对旋流器压力降影响较大,旋流器溢流压力降减小、底流压力降增加。研究可对适合更高粘度介质分离的三相分离旋流器设计提供参考。
his paper compared the velocity field, pressure characteristics and separation efficiency of gas-liquid-solid three- phase separation cyclone used for the ASP flooding produced fluid treating with viscosity changing, using Reynolds stress model(RSM) of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software. Results showed that when the viscosity is less than or equal to 6.42mPaos, although affected by the increase of viscosity the tangential velocity of the hydrocyclone decreased by 12.4%, but on the whole velocity field has less effect. In the viscosity distribution range, de-gas and de-sand efficiency of the hydrocyclone were higher than 80%.The rise of viscosity has great influence on the cyclone pressure drop, the overflow pressure drop decreased, underflow pressure drop increased. This paper can provide a reference for the design of three phase separator with higher viscosity medium separation. The analysis of the influence of different viscosity changes on the velocity field, pressure characteristics and the effect of the degassing of the three phase separator is carried out.
