辽宁省农用地产能核算研究

Research on Calculating Productivity of Agricultural Land in Liaoning Province

农用地产能核算是对农用地综合生产能力的测算与评估,是农用地分等成果的实践与转化应用。本文以辽宁省为研究区域,以产能核算理论与技术方法为指导,以县市级行政区、分等指标区和分等等别为单位开展不同角度的农用地产能核算研究,从区域分布、自然特征条件和利用水平等多角度实证分析农用地综合生产能力。研究结果表明:(1)理论产能、可实现产能及实际产能较高区域集中分布在辽宁中部平原区及其他指标区的山前平原区,自然等别集中在13-21等,利用等别集中在7-13等,该区自然条件优越,综合利用系数高;(2)产能核算总值与相应县区、市区、等别、指标区的耕地面积相关性较强,因此产能第一受制因素是耕地面积,其次是单产水平;(3)农用地产能核算是以农用地分等成果为基础进行的,农用地分等基础成果要适时更新,监测样点设置要具有长久稳定性。

Calculating productivity of agricultural land is calculating and estimating for comprehensive productivity of agricultural land, and is also practicing and transformed applicating of agricultural land grading results. Taking Liaoning province as an study area,based on the theory and technical method, the calculating productivity of agricultural land is researched from four aspects of county,city,classification index area and farmland classification, the comprehensive productivity of agricultural land is analyzed from regional distribution, natural conditions and utilization level. The research results show that the high theoretical, feasible and realistic productivity of agricultural land area are concentrated distributed in the middle plain and piedmont plain of Liaoning province, and in the level 13 to 21 of natural classification an the level 7 to 13 of utilization classification, where natural conditions are better and comprehensive utilization coefficient is higher;(2)the total value of productivity is high correlated with area of county,city,classification index area and farmland classification,which is the dominated factor, and the second factor is per unit yield;(3) productivity of agricultural land is calculated based on the result of farmland classification which need renew timely, and the monitor sample need be permanently.
