基于技术创新效率的产业调整策略研究--以陕西省为例

In this paper for optimizing the industrial adjustment,we use stochastic frontier methods(SFA) to divide the technology innovation efficiency into market orientation and non-market orientation based on the case of Shaanxi province. And also we analysis the efficiency results of some typical industries.The study shows: the technology efficiency is generally on the rise but significantly different among the industries.There is a big gap between the non-market orientation and market orientation of the industry itself, which shows that the technology innovation ability is uncoordinated.Market, policy and other factors affect the development of the industry, thus affecting the industry's performance of innovation efficiency. Shaanxi province should be based on the industry technology innovation efficiency,adapting the macro policy and market environment(i.e. external factors) to do targeted adjustments and make the industry health and sustainable.
