本文主要对一类具有标准发生的 SIS 传染病动力学模型进行研究, 通过对疾病的传播率进行白噪声扰动得到相应的随机动力学模型, 再利用~Fokker-Planck方程得到染病者的概率分布, 从而详尽的分析了该随机模型分别在基本再生数 $R>1$, $R=1$ 和 $R<1$ 时的动力学性质.

In this paper a class of SIS epidemic dynamical models with standard incidence is studied. The corresponding stochastic models are established by stochastic disturbance of the contamination parameter. By using the Forkker-Planck equation the invariant probability distribution is obtained. The dynamical behaviors of solutions are discussed at large by the three cases of basic reproduction number $R>1$, $R=1$ and $R<1$.
