银屑病患者皮肤中原位记忆T细胞的检测

目的:研究皮肤组织原位记忆T细胞在银屑病发病过程中的作用。方法:收集32例进行期斑块型银屑病患者临床资料,采集同一患者皮损和非皮损组织,采集9例皮损消退后皮肤;采用免疫组化法检测组织原位记忆T细胞的特征性表面标志CD69和CD103,分析组织原位记忆T细胞在银屑病发病不同时期的情况,与10例健康人正常皮肤对照。结果:进行期银屑病患者皮损中CD69+CD103+ T细胞数量明显高于非皮损(P<0.05),皮损消退期后皮肤中CD69+CD103+ T细胞与进行期患者皮损中CD69+CD103+ T细胞数量无差异(P>0.05)。健康人皮肤中CD69+CD103+ T细胞数量低于银屑病患者非皮损(P<0.05)。结论:银屑病皮肤中原位记忆T细胞可能在皮损的形成和复发过程中起作用。
Objective To investigate the role of tissue-resident memory T cells in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods These cinical informations, lesions and nonlesions were collected from 32 patients with plaque psoriasis. After deflorescence, skin specimens were obtained from 9 patients with psoriasis. 10 normal human skin specimens were as controls. The two characteristic surface marks CD69 and CD103 on tissue-resident memory T cells were detected by immunohistochemical staining to analysing the status in different stage of psorisis. Results The numbers of CD69+CD103+T cells in lesions are more than that in nonlesions of psoriasis significantly (P<0.05). There aren't significantly different in the numbers of CD69+CD103+T cells between psoriatical lesions and these skin specimens of recovery (P>0.05). The numbers of CD69+CD103+T cells in normal controls are less than that in nonlesions of psoriasis (P<0.05). Conclusions The tissue-resident memory T cells may play a role in formation and relapse of lesions in psoriasis.
