大尺寸分布颗粒离散元数值计算中接触检测算法的改进研究
Improvement of contact detection algorithm in wide size distribution particle discrete element method
针对大尺寸分布颗粒离散元数值计算中传统接触检测算法的缺点,提出了改进网格法,分析了原算法和改进算法的原理,比较了新旧算法在效率和存储空间上的差异,并通过应用于炭素糊料压实过程的模拟,验证了新算法的优越性。改进方法在很大程度上解决了大尺寸分布颗粒离散元中接触检测算法效率低下的问题。
im at the disadvantage of the neighbor search algorithm in wide size distribution particle discrete element numerical calculation, the betterment grid method is put forward. The theories and solution ideas of the former algorithm and the betterment algorithm are analyzed. The differences in the efficiency and memory space between the two algorithms are compared. The superiority of the new algorithm is validated via the application in the simulation of carbon paste impact compaction. The method solves the low efficiency problem of contact detection algorithm in wide size distribution particle discrete element numerical calculation in some extent.
