对于永磁直线同步电机驱动的XY平台,为了削弱外部扰动对轮廓加工精度的影响,从而实现XY平台的高精度轮廓控制。在单轴控制器上设计了PI扰动补偿器(VPDC), 采用传递函数的方法分析了扰动转矩估计值和扰动转矩实际值之间的关系,利用角加速度信号构造扰动补偿器对外部扰动进行补偿控制,并分析了加入扰动补偿后对控制系统的影响。同时采用了适用于多轴非线性轮廓控制的实时轮廓误差计算法则,建立可用于自由曲线跟踪的XY平台的实时轮廓误差模型。仿真结果表明基于PI扰动补偿器的控制系统能够较好的抑制外部扰动,同时有效地提高轮廓控制精度。

For the XY table which is driven by two permanent magnet linear synchronous motors system (PMLSM), in order to weaken the influence of contour machining accuracy from External disturbance and achieve high-precision contour tracking control of XY table. A PI disturbance compensator(VPDC)was designed on the single-axis controller which is using transfer function method to analyze the relationship between the disturbance torque estimated value and the actual value of the disturbance torque. In addition, PI disturbance compensator utilizes angular acceleration signal disturbance compensator which is constructed to external disturbance for compensation control and analyses the effect of the control system after joining the disturbance compensation. Meanwhile the real time contour error calculation algorithm applicable for multi- axis nonlinear contour control was adopted and the real time contour error model of XY table for free- form contour following task was built.Simulation results show that the control system based PI disturbance compensator has a strong anti-interference and high contour accuracy.
