电动机的异常运行会影响生产过程的连续性,造成巨大的损失。因此,确保电动机的正常运行就显得十分重要。当电动机发生故障时,综合保护器能及时、可靠的动作,达到保护电动机的目的。本文对智能保护技术进行了研究。在理论上研究电动机的保护原理,针对三相异步电动机的过载、断相、过压、欠压等各种故障的特性,通过单片机的综合处理实现保护,采用模拟、数字相结合的办法。根据三相异步电动机的保护原理,设计了以AT89S52单片机为核心的智能型保护器的硬件系统和软件系统,实现了电动机故障的实时监测与有效保护。

bnormal operation of the motor will affect the continuity of the production process, resulting in huge losses. Therefore, to ensure the normal operation of the motor is very important. When the motor fails, integrated protection devices achieve the purposes that protect motor in a timely, reliable action.In this paper, intelligent protection technologies were studied. In theory the motor protection theory, which three-phase asynchronous motor against overload, phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, and other characteristics of failure and so on, through an integrated approach to achieve protection of MCU by analog, digital and combines. Protection principle of three-phase asynchronous motor is designed to at89s52 MCU core .It relays hardware and software systems to achieve real-time monitoring of the motor failure and effective protection.
