Synthesis and Electroluminescent Property of Two Type Porphrins

利用微波反应和模板效应合成了带有苯乙烯单元的新型卟啉化合物和锌卟啉配合物。通过1HNMR、IR、和MALDI-TOF-MS对其结构进行了表征。通过测定UV-Vis、PL、TGA对两种卟啉化合物光学性能和热稳定性进行了研究。利用循环伏安法研究了锌卟啉配合物的电化学性质。进一步以锌卟啉配合物作为搀杂剂利用蒸镀法制备了电致发光器件,EL谱发射峰位于556nm。

Preparation of a novel porphrin derivative bearing oligo(p-phenylene) group and its zinc complex was reported, which involved a microwave irradiation (MW) and a synthesis based on template effects, respectively. Both of the porphrin derivative and its zinc complex were fully characterized through IR, NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS. Optical properties (UV-Vis and fluorescence), and thermal stabilities were also studied for both compounds according to the spectra analysis, and TGA, respectively. For zinc complex the electrochemistry was study by CV. Further fabrication using the zinc complex as a dopant resulted an electroluminescent device emission at 556nm.
