利用手机网络获取实时交通信息的可行性研究
Study on the Feasibility of Acquiring Real-time Traffic Parameters from Mobile Networks
随着手机网络覆盖范围的扩大、性能的提高以及用户数目的增长，如何利用手机网络信息来有效地提取实时交通信息已经成为当前的一个研究热点。本文介绍了一种通过手机小区切换信息来获取车辆移动速度的方法，并对该方法的可行性进行了分析。
With the mobile networks’ coverage expansion, performance improvement and growth in the number of users, how to effectively extract real-time traffic information from mobile network has become a hotspot. In this paper, we propose a method on obtaining the speed of vehicles using handover information, and we analyze the feasibility of this method.
