对PTFE掺碳纤维后热膨胀性能的研究
Study on thermal expansion coefficient of PTFE with adding of CMCs
通过对PTFE掺不同含量的碳螺旋纤维后,来研究PTFE基复合材料的热稳定性,即热膨胀特性。共制备了6组试样,有一组未添加任何纤维,有两组分别添加了重量百分数为4%,8%的碳螺旋纤维,还有两组也是分别添加了经过钛酸酯偶联剂DN-101处理过的4%,8%的碳螺旋纤维,,别外一组是加了4%的直纤维,结果发现,在高较温下,添加了纤维的PTFE的热膨胀系数低于没有添加纤维的PTFE热膨胀系数,即稳定性更好,而添加了直纤维的PTFE的热膨胀系数大于添加螺旋纤维的PTFE,即稳定性下降。
In order to do research on the thermal sability of PTFE based composites with different mass concertrations of CMCs, six pairs of samples are prepared for test, one of them has no fibers, two of them has mass concertration of 4%, 8% CMCs respectively; and two of them has mass concertration of 4%, 8% CMCs pre-treated by DN-101 respectively;,and one has mass concertration of 4% straight carbon fiber. The result shows that thermal expansion coefficient of PTFE with adding of CMCs is lower than pure PTFE, however, thermal expansion coefficient of PTFE with adding of straight carbon fiber is higher than that of PTFE with adding of CMCs, thermal stability is reduced.
