大豆杂交后代中叶片茸毛着生状态对豆卷叶螟抗性的选择效应
Selection effects of pubescence status on leaf blade to resistance to bean pyralid (Lamprosema indicata Fabricius) in soybean hybrid offspring
从通山薄皮黄豆甲与矮杆黄双交组合(TA)和N8855、通山薄皮黄豆甲及矮杆黄三交组合(NTA)的杂交后代选择叶片茸毛着生状态不同的家系,评价其对豆卷叶螟抗性的差异。两年联合方差分析表明TA和NTA群体家系间对豆卷叶螟的抗性存在极显著的差异,年份间、观察日期间、区组间也有极显著差异。家系与年份的互作、家系与观察日期的互作也极显著。相关分析发现家系间的抗虫性在年度间是相对稳定的。方差分析表明TA和NTA群体家系间叶片茸毛着生角度也存在极显著的差异。相关分析发现叶片茸毛着生角度与各观察日期的卷叶率都存在极显著的相关性。TA群体中匍匐型、半匍匐型和斜立型茸毛着生状态对卷叶率的平均选择效应分别为-31.82%、50.00%和81.82%,NTA群体中三种茸毛着生状态对卷叶率的平均选择效应分别为-37.09%、14.87%和103.21%。在大豆生长的R1-R6期,两群体中叶片茸毛着生状态都有明显的选择效应,因而大豆叶片茸毛着生状态可作为豆卷叶螟抗性的指示性状,用于抗豆卷叶螟的标记辅助选择育种。
wo breeding line populations with diverse leaf pubescence status were established from a double cross between Tongshanbopihuangdoujia and Aiganhuang (TA), and a three-way cross of (Tongshanbopihuangdoujia × Aiganhuang) × N8855 (NTA), respectively, and selection effects of leaf blade pubescence status on resistance to bean pyralid (Lamprosema indicata Fabricius) were evaluated in these populations. Joint analysis of variance of rolled leaves percentage showed the existence of significant difference among years, observation dates, lines and blocks in a two-year test. There was also significant interaction between lines and years as well as lines and observation dates. Correlation analysis showed that the resistance to bean pyralid was stable in different years and observation dates. There existed significant difference of pubescence angle on leaf blade in breeding lines of TA and NTA populations, and very significant correlation was found between pubescence angle on leaf blade and resistance to bean pyralid. Three types of leaf pubescence status, i.e. prostrate, semi-prostrate and skewed, had different selection effects on rolled leaves percentage by bean pyralid, and the average selection values were -31.82%, 50.00% and 81.82% in TA population, and -37.09%, 14.87% and 103.21% in NTA population, respectively. Significant selection effects of leaf blade pubescence status on resistance to bean pyralid were found in R1-R6 stages. It indicated that the pubescence status on leaf blade can be used as an indirect indicator for the resistance to bean pyralid in marker-assisted selection breeding.
