首先对图像预处理技术进行了研究,采用了一种改进的中值滤波图像平滑方法,并进行了实验对比和分析。其次,针对三种常用的运动目标检测算法,深入研究了各方法的原理,通过分析、比较它们的优缺点,提出了一种基于动态背景差分的三帧差分运动目标检测方法。最后对从序列图象中检测出的运动目标进行轨迹跟踪。通过建立目标跟踪的扩展卡尔曼滤波器模型,对运动目标进行运动预测,从而减少噪声干扰和特征提取的搜索范围,提高了算法的效率。

In this paper, the image pre-processing techniques have been studied first and an improved median filter method is adopted to propose an image enhancement techniques ased on the differential evolution algorithm and to go through the experimental comparison and analysis on the images and the wavelet algorithm before and after the processing.Secondly, the paper researched on the principles of the three kinds of commonly used target detection algorithm for moving target.Through the analysis and comparison of their advantages and disadvantages, it proposed a detection method for three-frame differencing moving target based on dynamic background difference.Finally, track moving targets' trajectory obtained from the image sequences. The extended Kalman filter model is established for object tracking and to do the motion forecast. It can reduce noise disturbance and shrink the search range of characteristic and improved tracking efficiency.
