本文在传统电源规划的基础上,引入《京书议定书》中的清洁能源发展机制(CDM),计及碳约束、碳交易等新条件,建立计及低碳经济的微电网电源规划模型。该模型在降低电力工业碳排放的同时兼顾了电力企业的效益最大化。该模型采用改进的遗传算法-矩阵实数编码遗传算法进行求解,并且在求解过程中对遗传算法的算子进行了多方面的改进,不仅能可靠获得全局最优解,而且加大了求解规模与速度。给出的算例和计算结果表明本文提出的模型和算法均合理有效。

he establishment of the micro-grid generation expansion planning model under the conditions of lower-carbon economy is on the basis of traditional power planning, taking the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) in "Kyoto Protocol" into account, considering carbon constraint and carbon trading at the same time. The model reduces carbon emissions, taking into to maximize the benefits of power enterprises account at the same time. This model uses an improved genetic algorithm - matrix real-coded genetic algorithm to solve, and in the process of solving the operator of genetic algorithms has made various improvements, not only reliable access to the global optimal solution, but also increase the scale and the solution Speed. Examples given and calculated results show that the proposed model and algorithm are reasonable and effective.
