人乃企业中昂贵的第一资产,有效衡量这“资产”成为企业的重要课题,而员工问卷是为重要手段。 然而,引进国外问卷,还得考虑文化差异。在考评的过程中,往往出现“撰写墓志铭现象”, 即回答问卷时,仿如撰写墓志铭,严重扭曲内部评考的可靠性,偏离问卷原意。 在国内这现象极为普遍,笔者特撰此文,希望引起关注。

Nowadays everybody talks about employee-oriented whilst employee survey is an informative indicator. Nevertheless, a “phenomenon of inscribing an epitaph" takes place when the Chinese enterprise conducts the aforesaid survey. In an epitaph, only the respect and past glories will be inscribed but none of criticism is documented. The first encounter with the above-mentioned tool, both the management and the employees are inexperienced beginners. Thus, the management must be cautious when conducting the first survey.
