表面贴装生产线人因质量事故的问卷调查研究

basic design idea of questionnaire about quality accident due to human-factors is proposed in comparison with psychological experiment. A concrete questionnaire is designed based on the quality problems of a surface mounting line in an electronical factory. According to the inquiry results, the operation errors and machine-relative problems are the main factors of quality accident. The main reason of operation errors are the work fatigue, pressure, environment and process design. According to this research, the quality control measurements in this factory has deviated from the control of underlying reason of quality problems, there is still much space for the improvement of quality control measurements in this factory, the new preventive control measurements should be taken mainly from the aspects of reducing the labor intensity and improving the people-oriented management level.
