基于光纤光栅传感技术的深井井筒结构健康监测研究

Health monitoring of deep shafts using fiber Bragg grating sensing technology

传统的井筒井壁变形现场监测技术一直存在着稳定性差、易受电磁干扰、不防水等缺陷。论证了光纤光栅传感技术在千米大涌水井筒结构健康监测中的应用可行性。在某矿立井井筒中埋设了4层光纤光栅传感器。建成了井筒结构变形健康监测系统,并实现了监测系统的自动化和远程化。分别对表土段和基岩段初期监测结果进行分析,得到了井筒变形和温度变化情况。

Existing techniques for instrum entation of shaft sturcture have limitations, inlcuding poor reliability , poor anti-electromagnetic interference and not waterproofing. The feasibility of incorporating fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing technlogy into health monitoring of over 1000m deep shaft with water burst is discussed. The FBG sinsors have been srccessfully installed in the shaft at the depth of four layers in mine. Then the shaft structres monitoring system with an automatic adn remote configruatinon has been built. The early-stagemonitoring results are obtained and analyze. The temperature ,deformation of shaft structure were obtained.
