通过在壳聚糖羟基和氨基上引入抗菌功能基团对壳聚糖进行了化学改性的研究,合成了一系列具有单抗菌功能基团壳聚糖衍生物和3种双抗菌功能基团的壳聚糖衍生物,提高了壳聚糖的水溶性,同时也增强了其抗菌性能。用合成得到的壳聚糖衍生物对棉织物进行整理,赋予了织物很好的抗菌性能。

he modification of chitosan was studied by drawing anti-bacterial functional groups into hydroxyl and amino groups. A series of a single anti-bacterial function group chitosan derivatives and three kinds of chitosan derivatives with dual anti-bacterial function groups were synthesised The modified chitosan not only increased the water-solublility, but also enhanced its antibacterial properties. Synthetic derivatives of chitosan have been finished onto cotton fabric to endow it with anti-bacterial properties.
