eO2-Al2O3复合氧化物的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of CeO2-Al2O3 mixed oxide
本文以Ce(NO3)3和Al(NO3)3为原料,柠檬酸为络合沉淀剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用柠檬酸络合法合成了纯CeO2和CeO2-Al2O3复合氧化物, 并且利用FT-IR、XRD、激光粒度仪等手段对纯CeO2和CeO2-Al2O3复合氧化物的物相组成、晶粒尺寸和粒径大小和分布进行了表征。红外光谱分析表明,柠檬酸-硝酸盐凝胶不是通过缩聚反应形成的,而是通过稀土离子的架桥作用及络合离子之间的氢键作用形成的。XRD分析表明,在700℃焙烧所得的CeO2-Al2O3复合氧化物中,随掺入Al2O3的量(占CeO2的质量百分数)由5%增加10%,其一次晶粒大小由117nm减小到90nm, 但均低于纯CeO2的284nm。激光粒度分布仪分析表明,在纯CeO2中掺入少量的Al2O3会使其粒度减小,随掺入Al2O3的量从3%,5%增加到10%,中位粒径D50分别从1.55μm,1.39μm减小到1.24μm,并且均低于纯CeO2的1.89μm。
In this paper, the pure CeO2 solid and CeO2-Al2O3 mixed oxide were synthesis by citrate coordination when Ce(NO3)3 and Al(NO3)3 as raw materials, citric acid as precipitation of coordination, Polyethylene glycol as dispersant. And the pure CeO2 solid and CeO2-Al2O3 mixed oxide were characterized by the means of FT-IR, XRD, laser particle size analyzer. Infrared spectral analysis shows that citric acid -nitrate gel is not formed by the condensation reaction, but is formed through the rare-earth ion bridging role and the hydrogen bond between the coordination ions. XRD analysis shows that in the CeO2-Al2O3 mixed oxides roasting at 700℃, with the incorporation of Al2O3 (the quality percentage of CeO2) increases from 5% to 10%, its first grain size decreases from 117nm to 90nm, but they are lower than that of pure CeO2 of 284nm.Laser-size distribution analysis shows that CeO2 solid will reduce its size by the introduction of a small number of Al2O3. besides, with the introduction of Al2O3 increases from 3%, 5% to 10%, the median size D50 decrease from 1.55μm, 1.39μm to 1.24 μm, and they are lower than that of the pure CeO2 of 1.89μm.
