缓解原有工作流视角的LBAC在信任度和结构方面的不足，提出资源流视角的LBAC。本文介绍了访问控制的基本实现过程，并通过对工作流视角的LBAC和资源流视角的LBAC相比较，从结构上来改进LBAC。
