配电网固定串联补偿和并联补偿协同优化
ollaborative Optimization of Fixed Series Compensation and Shunt Compensation in Distribution Network
为兼顾固定串联电容器和柱上式并联电容器对网架薄弱、供电半径大、长线路末端有重负荷配电网的电压偏差的改善作用,提升其对负荷变动的适应能力,本文提出一种计及负荷变化影响的配电网固定串联补偿和并联补偿协同优化方法。运用双层优化原理,以负载率最大为目标函数建立上层优化模型;以电压偏差、电容器购置费用和网损最小为目标函数建立下层优化模型。分别运用单目标遗传算法和NSGA-II算法求解上层和下层优化模型。以一个实际配电网为算例进行优化计算,仿真结果表明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to reduce the voltage deviation of the distribution network with weak network, large power supply radius, heavy load and improve the adapting ability for load fluctuation, a collaborative optimization method considering both fixed series compensation and shunt compensation with load fluctuation is proposed. Using the principle of bi-level optimization to build a reactive power optimization mathematical model which sets the maximization of load rate as the upper-level optimization target, and sets the minimization of voltage deviation, purchase cost of capacitor and network loss as the lower-level optimization target. The proposed upper-level and lower-level optimization models can be solved by single objective genetic algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm, respectively.The similation results of the real-world distribution network demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
