富营养化池塘中好氧反硝化菌的分布及脱氮研究

从富营养化池塘水体和底泥中分别筛选到6和8株好氧反硝化菌,根据菌株的形态、常规生理和生化特性以及16SrDNA基因系列结果分析表明,水体中的好氧反硝化菌以假单胞菌属为主(包括Pseudomonas和Ochrobactrum属),底泥中好氧反硝化菌以Achromobacter、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌Stenotrophomonas和Ochrobactrum菌属为主。选取底泥中脱氮效率较高的1菌株Ochrobactrum sp. tbtd进行脱氮性能的研究, 发现该菌株在以丁二酸钠作为碳源、pH为7和温度为30 ℃条件下的脱氮效率最高,达到80%。
14 aerobic denitrifying bacterial strains were isolated from water and sediment of a eutrophicated pond. Most of the bacterial strains isolated from water belonged to Pseudomonas genera, while bacteria stains from sediment were Achromobacter, Stenotrophomonas, Ochrobactrum spp, etc. Bacterial stains Ochrobactrum tbtd and Achromobacter tbnd had high abilities to remove NO3-, with the removal rates reached 90%. The effect of environmental parameters on denitrification by Ochrobactrum tbtd was also investigated. Results showed that the removal of nitrogen was highest at pH 7, under 30℃, and sodium succinate as carbon source.
