一种基于有限状态机的多维度自动应答系统

ccording to today's society on the quality of service requirements grow with each passing day of this social phenomenon, automatic answering which is only limited in the automatic reply of call center and social software one-dimensional traditional telephone voice based in the business cannot meet the demand at this stage of customer service.this paper puts forward a new kind of auto-responder with finite state machine.The system, uses the HTTP protocol and based on the traditional mechanical type automatic reply, integrate into a state machine (i.e. response logic) custom, which makes the whole system more flexible, intelligent, efficient, improves the service quality in the business but also for the artificial service to share part of the volume of business, make the whole service system more perfect.
