本研究运用微卫星标记对4个鸭茅亲本品种及其3个杂交F2代组合共50份材料进行遗传稳定性分析。筛选出具有多态性的15对SSR引物,SSR标记平均每对引物扩增出12.5条带,多态性位点百分率为66.57%。通过聚类分析得出结论,杂交F2代内同一组合基本聚为一类;父本和母本与其杂交F2代遗传距离与聚类结果基本一致,杂交F2代各个组合群体遗传变异相对稳定。通过SSR对鸭茅四倍体与四倍体杂交F2代的遗传分析,确定其遗传稳定性,为鸭茅种质资源的保护、利用及新品种选育提供科学依据。

For parental cultivars of orchardgrass and fifty F2 progenies of three cross combinations were used in this study. SSR markers were used to analyze genetic relationship of 86 orchardgrass accessions. 15 primer pairs were selected by SSR respectively. 12.5 bands were amplified per primer pairs on average and percent of polymorphic bands was 66.57% in SSR analysis. The conclusion of anayse by clustering tree showed that progenies from the same F2 cross combination clustered together. The data of the genetic distance were agreed with the dendrogram that a stability between the male and female parent and hybrid F2 generation. Each F2 hybrids combinations of genetic variation was relatively stable. Through the SSR appeared to tetraploid and its hybridization F2 generation genetic analysis to determine the genetic stability. As the orchardgrass resource protection, utilization and provide scientific basis for breeding new cultivars.
