SPR成像传感器,易实现多通道、实时样品检测而得到广泛应用。在传统的单色SPR成像传感器基础上,本文提出利用数码相机内置的颜色选择性,分别提取图像的Red平面和Green平面灰度图像数据,从这两个角度对传感器的实时响应情况进行分析,实现双色SPR成像传感器,提高灵敏度的同时降低装置成本。

For the advantages of multi-channel, real-time detection, SPR imaging biosensor is widely used. Based on the traditional single-color SPR imaging sensor, we proposed dual-color fiber optic SPR imaging biosensor based on the inherent color selectivity of digital camera. Respectively, the red plane and the green plane gray-scale image data are extracted, and the real-time response of the sensor is analyzed from these two angles. This will result in increased sensitivity while reducing instrument costs.
