反求工程自由曲面测量规划以及重建技术研究
Research of Surface’s Measurement and Reconstructing Technology in Reverse Engineering
反求工程中曲面的测量应该遵循采样点密度随着曲面曲率变化而疏密不断变化这一原则,并应根据离散采样点的分布确定自由曲面的重建工作。本文提出了一种基于曲面Z向细化分层的测量技术和NURBS曲面方程拟合重建的方法,能够有效地获取反映原曲面表面特征的最少测量点,并用其进行曲线的数学重建,最终可获得准确反映原曲面表面特征的NURBS曲面方程。
Surface’s measurement in RE is following an important principle that the density of substracted data points should be varied in accordance with the change of surface’s curvature. This paper presents a surface measuring plan which bases on the delamination at the Z coordinate and it also presents a new technology for the NURBS surface fit function. It can obtained the least number of points to reflect free surface. This technology can ensure the function’s quality and it can be applied in all cases of surface’s measurement and reconstrction.
