文化柔性作用的企业知识社区知识转移网络

Based on related literature review, firstly, modeling theories of this paper, including enterprise knowledge management system flexibility theory and network theory are analyzed, in which the essence of enterprise knowledge management system flexibility theory is knowledge agents' responsibility to environment change, and how to gain innovative enterprise culture is the focus of enterprise culture flexibility. Then, formulation and evolution model of knowledge transfer network is proposed on some prerequisites. Thirdly, Netlog was used to make simulation experiment with the proposed algorithm. In the end, future research directions are proposed after conclusions.
